100% its manager driven as I said in a few posts up. It has completely backfired and ruined Adam's character and integrity. So, Isaac will continue to leak rubbish to take the attention away from Adam.

Let's look at the way Isaac has treated our club over the past 10 years looking at Mitchell Moses, Lachlan Galvin and Adam Doueihi.

Mitch Moses & Lachlan Galvin - no point going into too much detail, but the pattern between the two is identical. He used the tactic to delay negotiations which then turned into leverage through offers from other clubs, he then uses his media mates to completely destabilise the club which eventually forces the club's hand to release these players.
One played the mental health card, the other somewhat the same claiming bullying and a list of grievances against the coach, which no 19 year old could think of himself so was clearly premediated from Moses.. It forced the clubs hand and both got their release.

Adam Doueihi: We all know how it played out with the selection drama, But look at what has happened since with Isaac and there are clear parallels between the previous players and their early release.

For Moses to get involved and obtain the early release he needed Adam to first cause scene & create another crisis at the club. I think this backfired massively on Isaac as it led to an assassination of Adam's character & integrity. Isaac has since doubled down causing further destabilisation at the club through his mates in the media (e.g vaping in the gym & planting stories about how the Tigers need Shane Flanaghan as an assistant coach (his very own client). Perhaps this is also a leverage play of his down the track "Adam stays if you sign Flano" LOL !!!!

He also used Paul Kent and his Pod to claim the Tigers tried to hijack the meeting like a bunch of "cowboys" without inviting Isaac Moses. That's BS, it wasn't a contract negotiation, it was an attempt to kiss and make up. BUT with Isaac now involved it portrays him as the mediator and the central figure in the conflict.

He uses pressure, uncertainty and escalation to force the club into reactive decisions. This time around, I think the club are better leveraged to fight Isaac, I hope the club stands firm and fights it in similar vein to Parra and Lomax, but poor Adam will be collateral damage.

Great post. Not sure if tigers have any leverage though. Why fight for a bloke who walked out on his mates and fans?

Our season is trashed so maybe we’ll play the who blinks first game until the noise gets too much for the board. Things will just escalate until they do. Could get very messy.

It really doesnt matter though.

The club can.feel.morally correct in knowing where any leaks.come from...but once theyre out there the damage is done and usually irrepairable...Moses dont care, Douehis rep will take a hit but a.few weeks will all be forgotten by the general NRL public.

Douehi has been badly advised in all this he will cop a huge black eye mainly among his peers....but just maybe this is also shining a light on the weaknesses at Concord and if so hopefully goes a way to getting those out that are enabling crap standards no matter who their name .
Its been.clear for a couple of months now standards have slipped, theyre not working hard at training ...and results show.
TDM eye test proves it..hes now a sloth

So why do we deal with him ? Both Bula and AD did their previous deals without him …but both found their way to him even though I’m assuming they know the clubs history with him…

You would have to ask AD and Bula why they decided to engage his services.
But you would have to say that moving forward that this would be the final straw for the club to completely cut him and his players off. He could have the most talented or best player in the world in his stable wanting to join us, but it is simply not worth derailing a season over let alone the mud that he throws at the club.

It’s hard to argue … but some players are going to choose to deal with Moses as we have witnessed first hand ,,, so if the player makes that choice and he is already at the club, you just show them the door ? I think ithats easier said than done …

We also aren’t helped that Moses and Marshall seem to have a blood feud going on as well.,. And we know who comes out on top every time they go head to head ..

He is gone for sure … I think the club is just looking for a few weeks of quiet time to see out the season ..

Moley now reporting "Isaac wants Benji OUT and one of his clients (Flano) in". All part of his playbook in an attempt to strongarm the club by using AD as bait.

There's every chance the Mole just got it from here, but blind Freddy knows how Moses operates.

If Flanno joins here as an assistant ..there is a good chance he will be the Head Coach halfway through the next season … Isaac will have a dumping ground for his players that no one else wants

And this is what irks me when fans on here bag our own as if they are the problem.
We should never bag the ones who are trying to turn this place around as if they are just there for the kick backs. It is alot easier to wipe your hands of this place than it is to make a difference.
