ISP Team List: Round 14

https://twitter.com/NBWT__/status/1005346392510902273

Robbie Rochow had 154 metres from 17 runs and 31 tackles playing at lock in ISP today

JJ Felise had 161 metres from 14 carries and 25 tackles

Chris McQueen had 127 metres from 14 runs and 21 tackles

Jacob Liddle had 79 metres and 29 tackles off the bench

Robson is such a gun. Has played wing, centre, 5/8, hooker, back row and lock so far this season. Second in the team with tries scored. Always comes up with a smart play. Whether its a dummy half try, one on one strip, try assist, grubber. He's just a footballer and a competitor. No winger by any means, not fast enough, but was in the right position to score his 3rd, and only let in one from a great kick.

People sure are critical of the bloke leading ISP in try assists. He's no halfback so don't expect him to be one. He's very good at what he does, still needs to work on his contact in defence - gets pushed off a bit too much. But no worse than many players we have in NRL. Could definitely be ready for a promotion now that Benji is out for 6 weeks and Liddle not 100% fit yet. Benji may not play another game for us.

Garner is good but he's a left second rower and competing with Lawrence.

With Grant likely to go i'd like to see what Felise can do in NRL.

With Heleta out for a month or so it will be interesting whether Tui or someone from Flegg takes his spot. We still need a bunch of backs for this squad. Price did quite well today though - puts in a lot of effort, should have got a try, got a try assist with a nice cut out ball, one or two fumbles but mostly did well at fullback.

The attacking structures looked good this week but youd have to question the strength of that Blacktown team.

Watch the game so I think if you read back most did..

Does that include the comment that he has a terrible kicking game?

You cant make this stuff up.

The agenda is strong here.

I wonder if its simply because he presents as very metro on instagram. People want tough blokey footballers lol

I count 3 posts complimenting Gamble's kick for tries during the game and 1 saying it was terrible..

so calm the farm petals..

Yeah he is busy trying to sign Matt Parcell

Gamble was good but he needs to commit his body more in defence. Tends to come out of the line and arm grab sometimes but Ivan is good at making players good defenders.

He reminds me of a young Luke Lewis who I think is one of the best players in the NRL.
