It is time for SHEENS to go.

It is time for Tim 'Fonz' Sheens to move on.

He is killing our chances year after year. At the start of every round I tell my family he is the weakest link in our whole club.

And he is.

The Fonz is directly responsible for us losing games. The buck stops with him. No excuses. You will never hear him say he was at fault for a loss like what a noble coach would say.

He has a distinct inability to meet the requirements of today's game. He can not instill Mongrel and never had been able to. For years our side has been getting out muscled and outplayed by more physical sides. WT teams get tossed around like kids on the paddock and dominated to the point of embarrassment . If it was not for the naturally talents of Farah, Ellis and Marshall (& Prince - Hodgson) this team would never have won the games they have.

For all the Fonz supporters on this forum, for all the supporters that can comfortably sit in there seats and watch this so called coach make the same mistakes, week after week, month after month, year after year and pretend to feel comfortable with it, so you are not critical of the coach, shame on you all.

This person needs to be removed from this team immediately. He is ruining another year AGAIN.

He was the coach when Benji, Princey, Hodgo and Robbie won us the comp in 2005 and that should have been enough for him to leave .

He is a dismal failure since the start of the NRL in 98\. He had the worst coaching win/loss ratio of any coach .

He is a coward for never ever putting his hand up and saying at least one loss has ever been his fault.

Continuing to play players out of position and playing his favourites has been to the great detriment of this great WT club.

If he leaves now, we may just salvage our season.

The Fonz is yesterday's man who is no longer welcome by the majority of Wests Tigers fans who he torments and mentally punished every Tuesday afternoon which then manifests to a disaster on the field come game day .

He is a terrible coach, a coward and never learns from his mistakes.

Please leave Sheens.

PLEASE !!!!

 a month is a long time in footy

EDIT:Title edited so post confirms with forum rules

Bug…if we didn't have the injuries we have, you know our W/L record would be far better than what it is...
Now...you also know that when you replace something/someone the new person must be better than the old...who do you suggest replaces Sheens?..

Now on Sheens, I am not entirely satisfied how he runs his bench or with some of his selections...Brown should be FB when McKinnon is injured and Moltzen should be halfback or out of the team...but who is there to step in his place?

Bug's made this huge argument for punting Sheens which is fair enough, I'm still waiting to see who he suggests should replace him.

Chris mate…he doesn't care who as long a Sheens is gone...

Funny though Sheens always gets a cheer when he runs up the race at games...

And bug also doesn't care about our long term success - all he wants is Sheens gone & then he'll disappear if the replacement proves to be less successful than Tim!!

He calls Tim a coward - while ignoring that his own form of keyboard bravado is actually the pinnacle of cowardice!!!

Bug was nowhere to be seen when we ran to within one point of the GF last season - and he will inevitably go back into hibernation when we get some players back & string together a few good wins!!!!

Nathan brown would be OK….
I'd like a change - a wholesale change, not from withing to a sheensified apprentice, my interest is waning, the players out of position, the bench....the defense.
The recruitment has improved, a change in coach is no guarantee of improvement, but I think it would do all the palyers a world of good.
Farah, Lawrence Heighno Liam, Bryce, Blake, Simon, Andrew Gareth , Lui Marshall Moltzen Meaney Miller Murdoch Masilla have never had a diff NRL coach....like driving the same car for years, jump in a new one and it opens up a whole new world.
Bit over the top with the name calling Bug, coward and dismal failure he's not....I'd love to have a few beers with sheens and talk footy.

Bug really shouldn't be knocked for his belief's, if he feels strongly about Sheens going then so be it. The thing is, if he wants his statements to have any credibility or for any of us to take him seriously he really should suggest a suitable replacement.

What he's suggesting is like wanting to sack the pilot of an aircraft for too much turbulence and grabbing the drunk guy from row 20 to fly the plane because anyone else would be better than the pilot.

After the last few disappointing losses I guess we are all looking for someone to blame. I think that injuries to important members of the team, some bad judgements made with regards to the player roster, and general low morale in the team, could be the problem. (We do need that camp again!)
I'm sure Mr Sheens is not happy either, maybe we do need a change of coach, I don't know, but I know that once we start getting a few wins under our belts, we will all be in praise of Mr Sheens once again - fortunately it's early in the season, so plenty of time for a turnaround in our fortunes, but please Mr Sheens put Mitch Brown at fullback and leave him there 😛ray:

I have supported Wests with my heart and soul since 1976\. Wests are my life.

Wests Tigers have lost more games than ANY other team in the NRL since their inception. Sheens has been coach almost 9 of those 12 seasons.

They are the cold hard facts.

Who to replace him? Any coach in the NRL can replace him because every other coach has a higher win/loss ratio than Sheens.

Stats don't lie. He is the worst coach in the NRL today by a country mile.

You people say I was in hiding when we came one point if making the Grand Final , are you crediting Sheens for that good run? Should you not then 'credit' him for Wests Tigers having lost more games than any other team since there inception?

Go away and think about that.

One thing Sheens has over all other coaches is experience, but it makes it hard to utilise the experience when you never learn from it.

Just throwing in an argument there, but I personally don't know what goes on at training and what game plan Sheens uses. I don't think we have the right to judge if he is a good coach or not.

You know what would be a real great party. Ink & Bug getting together and letting the fun times roll on.

I think we should have a BBQ comp like they had with the wests tigers with Lote but Ink and Bug should be the guest participants.

Good Times !!!
