It's time to take the fight back to HBG

So new dramas with the developer of the Rozelle site - reportedly - over leasing and or owning the Leagues Club site.
Darcy Byrne says the development approval deemed that it must provide a site for West's Tigers leagues club and not a club owned or operated by anyone else.
Darcy jumping at shadows?
But what happens if HBG decide it's not financially viable for them?
If its not finacial viable then HBG should walk away. Why would you do anything else?

HBG have been going along with out the new club so maybe they think they don’t need it , besides rent it would cost a truck load to set the club up ready to trade , or if they buy it you add the cost of it plus set up , would be millions of dollars , I think they walk

Does anyone else think WT/HBG are worried about the number of members turning off auto-renew, and the chatter around not renewing in 2027?
