With Suali looking like not going to Souths now I really don't feel comfortable.. I think his management need an upper cut as what he is asking for is a joke and for someone that has not even played against men its even more of a concern.. How is the rest of the playing group going to react to this up himself kid....

My concern is South all of a sudden have some funds available and Dane G has 1 year left on contract so they will encourage him to look elsewhere for a long term deal and they will contribute some of the first year.. That makes a wingers spot available :man-facepalming: This has Souths written all over it and tigers copping the hard end of the stick.

Hope I am wrong as JAC would be massive for us and our brand..

I keep reading about us "trading" Talau for JAC.

A trade means and exchange of property, usually with the exchange of money.

So, trading Tommy for JAC would mean we would take JAC and the Storm take Tommy. Who would object to that ? No one I suspect.

But that is not what is being proposed. We are paying full freight for JAC and giving up Tommy.

This is not a "trade". Paying full freight for JAC is reasonable. Why should we be expected to sweeten the deal ?

Not sure where I read but apparently Steven Marsters is also only on a short term contract and may be let go, so he may be a possible recruit for them (Storm). Who knows and don't care... as long as it doesn't affect our recruitment plans/targets.

JAC can't play fullback at Souths because Latrell Mitchell will hang on that position with all his might. Don't forget that Mitchell left Roosters because he wanted to play fullback and not be second fiddle to Tedesco .
