Even though this is a rumor thread - It seems the Tigers haven't learnt yet that we shouldn't recruit the dregs of the NRL hoping that the player will have a stellar year like they did years back.

We are also featured quite heavily in media highlight reels when a team is being scored against..

I’ve noticed that on most channels

When we they are talking to a player about the week coming up or anything they show clips of them scoring always against us

Ch9 had a story about Benji tonight, next story about Frizell and they show him swatting Benji's attempted tackle away lol.

How about we wait and see because if you go off rumours we are signing 40+ players ..
we have only Signed Tamou so far and that is a perfect signing for the current squad and salary cap situation.

I was making a point about being associated with all and sundry and not specific to the actual player.

The clubs branding is tarnished and it pains me to have little respect given by players, their managers and our opposition.

That's a shame as don't want to wait all that extra time and miss out on him then lose other signings in the meantime. I am sure the recruitment team have some plans in place.

If they are doing there job they would, but how confident can we be with Wests Tigers recruitment management when it comes to new important signings?

Eeeeeer ..... so what was our last “new important signing” that Our current WT recruitment management stuffed up?

Arrow, Brimson and Mitchell had top notch offers which they all rejected so it was not for the money. From that trio I would only feed Brimson .... On this years performance alone with the other two we would have paid overs for not much value and people would criticising our recruitment strategy.

.... and I don’t consider Musgrove (who turned out ok or Jennings ( who is obvious failure) were important or high price.
