Won’t the roosters be chipping in for 21 with Angus? Depending on what we offer JAC on Thursday, we might be able to pull off signing both..

They would be but he’s on like $850k or something crazy so tigers would stil have to pay a lot to get him here

JAC could argue that the HOA was a restraint of trade. Contracts mean nothing in the NRL....thanks $BW 🤦‍♂️

unless the contract is in the players favour.......

Ray Hadley on 2GB this morning made mention of the meeting to be held this Thursday and the Heads of agreement that JAC made with the Tigers previously, said that it “Looks likely that Addo Carr will sign with the Tigers”.

Despite all the doubters and many being on this forum, it may well be that JAC does in fact like the WTs, appreciates the opportunity the Club has given him and intends to do his best for us.

Will you say that if he signs with us, and then agitates to get out next year? Or will that be the clubs fault again?

It’s hard finding like for like in a player swap. Storm could of had Robert Jennings but Riff were too smart and snuck under their guard 😝

Your throwing a hypothetical proposition out there and expect me to answer?

I will write this though; I cannot recall JAC skipping out of any binding contract. I can recall him playing exceptionally well for WTs, for the Storm, for NSW and also Australia. Perhaps that is all we need to be concerned about.

Well we have to wait until Thursday, and if JAC wants out of this HOA, or wants more money, that statement may be subject to change.

I'm hoping it's all just been post-Mitchell wounds still healing, and he signs up deal being done.

I am curious as to why the wait was for until after the SOO, but now that's changed.

I don't think he is a grub! LM is a confused kid, who has had lot's of people in his ear. Obviously he wanted what's best for himself and his family. You've got to remember, these guys are great sportsman but not nessarily of great intelligence. We are talking about footballers here. Take for example JAC, he comes across as a happy go lucky person with a big mouth and loud laughter, great footballer BUT could easily qualify as a nutter ,now would you get him to read over an important contract for you?? i think not. But you would love him at your club. Their just footy players.

Seems like after your post last night mate and the poms today that a lot more people are confident on the deal being done. Whereas some just can’t smile for anything

Latrell seems just like any young man with a public profile to contend with - sometimes he makes bad choices and other times he makes good ones. Seems pretty decent to me.

I know it has made me a lot more positive about our chances.

Yeah look, nothing is 100% guaranteed, whilst The Pom is great at predicting things, he is only going by what has been said to him. Same as what i posted yesterday,I'm reliably informed its a deal ! Now, whether they top up JAC with up couple of extra bikkies, i don't know. Hopefully the mail will come to fruition like it always has.
