Is why I am sceptical of a lot of info until it's official, with the sayings where there is smoke there is fire or gaining momentum the problem is it only needs 1 (in this case a joke, but could be a troll or just a 10 year old with too much time on their hands) to post something false and within 10 minutes you have half a dozen sources and it takes on a life of its own. A lot of it needs to be taken cautiously.
%100 our passion 4 the club make us some
what willing participants too - confirmation
bias is strong. We're quick 2 dismiss what
we don't want to believe, but subjectively
agree with something we want to believe,
it happens all the time. Media know this
and play off it. Like you said, it's best to
be sceptical mate. The trolls are a whole
separate issue. I never really understood
how someone gets off misleading a group
of people or someone else, it's weird lol;
sometimes funny but always weird when
you look at it from a psychological
perspective. Thinking people are gullible
because you lied about something is a
mental illness. It's a crazy world out there lol
