All that culture talk aside, he achieved nothing at the Tigers... and now he's being asked to leave.

Don't think this will be a tough sell with how he's played this year, and we may need to tip in a chunk of his deal next year, but smart business by the club to move on.

In hindsight, even though he fell wildly short of expectations, I'm glad we took the risk. He is still the type of player that we should have gambled on, rather than overpaying aging players at the back end of their careers.
