I dont usually start topics but would like to get your feedback on Jason Clarke -Backrower at Souths who St George are looking at.
Personally I like the kid…strong, good work ethic in both attack and defense. Would be very handy in the backrow. Not a damaging runner but just a good football player.

I vaguely remember him at Souths. He seemed serviceable rather than damaging from memory.

Thanks for the replies. He is in the Mick Crocker mould.
I agree we need a damaging edge runner but there is nothing on the market for this type of player atm.
If you mean Franky Pritchard then I rather not spend my money as we already have 1 overpaid edge BR in Blair (thank go he is playing okay at prop now).
Clarke would be a decent buy much in the same way Horo has become at Manly.

I like Farlow but Clarke has played over 60 NRL games compared to Jazza's 1\. I do hope that Jarrod gets more time in the top grade next year as I would rather him playing instead of Spence.

A really good player, but is a Fulton clone. Not what we need, but for the right club would be a top signing as every club needs one
