Probably going to the wrong grounds for training. Somedays Flegg are meant to be training at Concord but get moved to St Gregorys Campbelltown at late notice a few hours before training. These 20 year olds all work remember.

Oath, very disappointing. In some ways the lack of talent banging the door down is sadder than the FG performance. A lot more leeway to give the young uns time though.

At the risk of sounding like I'm running a vendetta, you'd have to ask yourself what kind of a show Pascoe is running here. If, as he says, he has nothing to do with football operations, it has to be the easiest CEO job on the planet. Yet we have continual failures on a number of fronts including team information, injury updates etc.
It won't directly improve our football results but Pascoe has to be replaced by somebody who understands that communication with fans is a top priority for the club.

Respectfully, nothing much I agree with in what you've written. A CEO's role is to make sure there are systems and processes in place to ensure effective running of the organistaion. You're right in saying he doesn't do it himself, that would be absurd, but among other things he should ensure the Club is communicating with its fans in a timely and effective way. By Pascoe's own admission he has nothing to do with football operations but that involves the running of the teams not reporting on results. Sheens has nothing to do with it, he's football. Yes, it's the media guys but it's Pascoe's job to ensure they're doing their job through a Chief Operating Officer or similar role.
