Is this thread about his chip/chase on the 4th?

He hasn't been good for us all season. He looks likely but that doesn't count plus he is making bad mistakes regularly.

Anyone else notice waqa blake change his line 20m out to shove roberts off his chase to Moses?

Yes! That was an NFL style block. Roberts was denied the chance to catch Moses. Should have been a penalty for obstruction.

I wouldn't call him a failure of a signing just yet, but he is also far from a success. Needs to come looking for the ball more, because when he has it in hand he does have some electricity.
That chip on the 4th was a rush of blood. Can't do that!

I really want it to work for Jimmy. Seems for whatever reason, he can't make it happen, and the playmakers can't seem to get him involved either. As far as I can recall, there's not been a single kick for him to chase. What the heck is going on? I'm thinking he might be heading the way of the concord.

He's been poor, there's simply no need for him for next year. He'd only be taking the place of someone else who can potentially offer more. You could even say Gildart is his replacement.

That was a "Benji" play which we certainly don't need

JTJ needs space and the ball, our inside men dont realise what can happen when he does find space, eventually they will work it out...As for the chip,so what many higher qualified players in the team have a brain snap occasionally, its just that JTJ had the ball and was stuck for someone to give it to and his option wasnt that good, but at least he tried something and didnt go down with it...

He has played 2 decent games as a winger who was not targeted by the opposition. Outside of that he has been missing or ordinary.

It seems he is another one of those players that is a super talent being let down by those around him. It is funny, our team seems to be full of them.

Jet is no longer the player he was and will likely not get back to that level. Maybe on the end of a great backline he will shine but for mine he is a solid backup option. As soon as Maumalo starts I can’t see a starting position for Jet.

Back to centre TT to reggies to learn more...

At times he does but work-rate is not there.
Talau has errors in him but makes more effort. Younger and has upside. It’s debatable.

I would put money on him being here next year.

I would move him back to the centres for Talau

Agreed, jimmy is looking better especially in attack he's much more of a threat than Talau and neither are particularly good defenders

U think he will have a spot?
Or mainly depth?

That I can't tell you, but he will be here. On current players signed I still have him at centre partnering AD.

Problem with Talau is he’s very slow in an already slow backline.
