but it also has in the past worked well for us to

and specially Parra Players

Most notably

Brett Hodgson.. never really did anything after being made to look like a rag doll in Origin by Tallis. came to us.. the rest is history
Pat Richards. Broken down a few times, broke his leg at Parra. Came here and first game broke his leg again.. once again the rest is history.

A lot of these signings 'recycled or tried players' haven't worked out for us in the past….but I have a good feeling about Reddy.

I have always admired his play. He is very honest and as long as he is prepared to work hard he has a role to play for sure. Nice interchange option at worst. His signing may spell an end to criticisms of Sheens' use of the bench.

Troy I can't believe you forgot about the other great Parra signings

Troy Wozniak and the clubs greatest half back Johnny Cronk Morris
How easily people forget legends
Shame Troy Shame

Give it up will you. Morris was and is a very good footballer. He was played out of position by Sheens. Great defender and club man.

Very good footballers Col can play multple positions especially when they are closely related
But you are right he gave 100% percent week in and week out and was a good defender

pfft!

Mick Buettner!!!!

Reddy to fullback for mine.
Theres no use putting him in the forwards when we already have four 80 minute players there.
Theres no use putting him into center and relocating Aysh to the forwards for the same reason.
We are very strong on the wings.
Fullback is where he'll get a start if he wants it.

I like the fact he's signed on here knowing he's up against it from the start, we have two established centres…..we really had an established entire backline before Lui was released....shows me he likes a challenge and is prepared to work hard..

Top post.

Reddy was willing to play for nothing for Parra, he got shafted nonetheless. He was willing to take up a modest contract in order to re-establish himself in first grade, despite having numerous candidates ahead of him. To his credit though, he is a hugely versatile player and that most definitely works in his favour.

He might be the perfect bench 'back' that Sheens finds essential, and would be able to play 2nd row as a bonus and best of all, is showing a great attitude to play wherever required.

I'm starting to like this signing. Wasn't keen at all to start with but happy to be proved wrong, as I was with Utai this season.
