So in other words our pathways lacks investment from the club but we attack the individuals that have to be successful within that framework.

Or we can attach the individuals responsible for the pathways or the individuals responsible for allocatijg funding that pathway or the individuals responsible for all the individuals responsible for organising the funds to begin with.

For better or worse, he didn't get promoted to NRL.

Say what you want about Gus but at Roosters he was the coaching director and he had clearly, Stuart, flanagan, AOB and Holbrook and maybe a couple of others that are skipping my mind.

Sheens has also produced a good lineage of coaches but Gus has produced the more recent, relevant ones.

But it's not about Gus or any one person..coaches need coaching too.
