Yeah, I've tipped them, but I think we'll go down. Our pack just isn't good enough this week I don't think. We need 6 again calls all day long, fast play the balls please.

We won't get it with Perenara, he hates us.

Wests Tigers v Cowboys

Ref..Perenara..

They were diabolical Geo, Perenara still gave the 50/50 calls to them.

Did anyone read Josh's comments about Erin Molan. This guy is showing more and more leadership capability by the day. Not afraid to stand up for his beliefs even if his opinion is unpopular amongst his Samoan community.

Sure did..

Entire thread right here... https://weststigersforum.com/topic/31140/i-stand-with-erin-aloai

He gets a lot of praise for his work rate in attack. but his defence has been phenomenal.

Ripping in with lots of aggression and some absolutely neck snapping, heavy contacts.

Madge is getting the best from him.

The guy stood up for what he believes in.....and it will be interesting to see what these faux moral outragers say in reply.....

I think he‘d be one of the very few Tigers who could walk into any team right now.
Keep this form up and sky is the limit.

Future captain material for sure

Just to keep track. In the last 24 hours in the future captain calls, i’ve read Aloiai. Grant, Lawrence and Doueihi. That’s a lot of captains.

Says a lot about the current one lol

Future captain Josh A
Think our best forward if he stays fit and firing will be Packer, a proven performer and tough he is the enforcer this team needs. As someobe said in an earlier post at his best he is like a mid season signing for us really

Before Benji came back Aloiai was the one doing all the talking in team huddles etc, also notice how enthusiastic he is when the opposition makes an error. Mbye is as quiet as a mouse

I’m convinced mbye is just captain to do the media talking and take pressure off others

Just shows how funny people are after a win. A couple big losses and the club will be going nowhere in need of a clean out.

Given our last captain spoke like a character out of Deliverance, I’m happy to have a captain who actually speaks like a professional.

I’ve been calling Aloiai for captain for ages. Not just after last weeks win

Crazy. Mbye looks like he could win lotto and still not give two craps out there. Aloiai any day

Given the direction the club is going in, him as captain obviously works. Appointing a new captain should be low on the list of things to worry about. One of the main roles of a captain is to build rapport with the refs. If you only want Aloiai cos he gets fired up after a mistake, well he already does that. You don’t need to be captain to be a leader.

I agree that it isn’t a massive concern atm, but I think definitely in the future he has it in him. Do you honestly think mbye is resigned after his current contract? unless he has a massive change in form, I don’t see it

Also could be said the reason for the change in direction is bc of blokes like Aloiai

He might get re-signed, who knows. We might offer him a lot less than he’s already on, but i’d imagine there will be an offer on the table.
