Josh Reynolds - over hyped and over paid

I just hope Maguire dosent feel he has to make a position in the 17 for Benji when he comes back.Reynolds is going well and the best 17 should be playing each week and imo Benji is not one of them

We are more dangerous with Reynolds on the field. We only ever looked dangerous against Penrith when the ball went to him. He challenged the Broncos last night as well and Brooks also benefit from that.

This is the Reynolds we bought. I thought last week he was good and grew into the game as the first 20min he looked like he was out on his feet due to to the speed of the game. Last night, he played with good freedom and energy in spades. He looked quick getting on the outside of defenders a couple of times to create a 3v2 situation. I would like him to play a little more direct inside of crabbing across field but his performance will only get better as long as he is injury free.
I am struggling to see where Marshall fits and also agree that a bench space is not likely with Benji….the team looks strong with Reynolds at 5/8 at present.

Glad he was there last night. Instrumental in our win. Just hope he can stay healthy.

This is my concern too, Madge was praising Benji when I thought he was doing bugger all, Reynolds has earned the 6 jumper, and 4 forwards on the bench is working, especially with MCK on the bench, Benji will have to play for Wests just like Grub did.

And if course the wet blanket has to make an appearance

Not my fault if you choose to ignore the positive things I say.
Did you miss the part where I said he's been great for us, especially his kicking?

In the overall scheme of his time in a Tigers jersey he's done nothing so far.
I have to admit that in his limited appearances he's had more good games than bad, all I'm saying is he's achieved nothing so far, its rd5

He has improved our attack …but his defence ......

No use screaming down on kick chase and then barely getting a hand on the runner and leaving a massive gap ......get a great kick returner and they will be gone in a second

Whose going on about what he’s achieved? He’s getting a deserved pat on the back for making a good comeback after copping it for 12 months. Sorry if that grinds your gears.

And I'm included in those who are giving him a pat on the back.

Reynolds is a live wire provides heaps of energy and also a very good ball runner. He’s a very good player always has been. Injury history is the biggest issue the way he plays he has to be physically ready. We overpaid given circumstances but if he stays fit and plays like he has the last two games he will be valuable.

I hope he kills it has had a run of bad luck.

It's turning out how I hoped it would. Reyolds playing well enough to keep Benji out of the team.
Let's hope Marshall plays well in reggies to keep enough pressure on Reynolds and to be primed for a call up if required.

JRey was excellent again last game.

Great attitude and commitment.

I.WAS WRONG.

he belongs with us and i hope he keeps putting in. Its infectious

At the game the other night, watching him behind the play which you dont see on TV, he does way way more than I gave him credit for. Worth every cent in these last 2 games.
