How is it that Napa pleads not guilty to his tackle on Tedesco, loses his appeal, yet still only gets 1 week? Didn't Simona contest his crusher tackle charge a few months back- lost his appeal so instead of getting 2 weeks he got 3?
I thought if you contest your charge and lose, the judiciary add another week to your suspension? It is only the grading that you can contest without getting an extra week added onto your suspension I thought.
Or did they use the "Rooster rule"….. the same one the NRL had used for years when the Rorters miraculously fielded a team made up of 17 rep players yet still stayed under the salary cap supposedly.
Absolute joke the NRL competition is.

They certainly had a few shockers this week. The nathan Brown call has been ridiculed by every media organisation in OZ.

All you want is some consistency but every year is the same. If you are unlucky enough to front them on week when they have just copped a barrage for being soft you get the book thrown at you, on the other hand if you front them when all the dust has settled you can get away with murder. look at Napa a rap sheet as long as your arm and gets a week after a unsuccessful challenge,,,in a word it stinks

Depends who you play for. I remember Travis Burns of Penrith getting something stupid like 18 weeks for a high shot? His career was effectively over, despite being a talented mid-20-something.
