Perfect haircut for him. It would shade his eyes from the sun. Would be easier to see those high bombs coming at him.

looks heaps like Wes now.

Doesn't look anything like a wife-basher to me.

Think you got the wrong person there CB - Wes might have been silly but nowhere was a wife basher.

Gave Paulini a beatdown, didn't he?

Yep he did, changed his ways when he came to Newie. I worked in a bar in Newie and he was a regular with all the Knights boys for poker nights, circa Danny Wicks drugs supply era 2008-2009\. Nicest of the bunch, didnt drink, didnt drive, didnt try to crack onto any female with a pulse within 10 feet of him, he was always very well mannered (which is more then I can say for most of them). Plenty of late nights hanging back locking up and chatting about his past and present. Some wild stories were told. The other kid I remembered being well mannered and a pleasure to talk to was his younger brother, Kevie, stoked when he signed for the Tigers, Hasn't disappointed either.

DRAGONS star winger Wes Naiqama will serve two days a week in jail after he was sentenced to periodic detention for driving offences today.

The St George IIlawara player, 24, faced Waverly Local Court today over his fourth offence of driving whilst disqualified.

He was sentenced to 12 months of periodic detention, and will be spending Wednesdays and Thursdays behind bars.

As Naiqama looked on, his lawyer told the court today that the NRL ace was driving his girlfriend - Young Divas star Paulini Curuenavuli - after she had a medical procedure at a hospital in the Surry Hills area.

The procedure required her to have an anesthetic, which meant she was unable to drive herself home.

Naiqama drove her home instead.

Magistrate Chris Langley also disqualified Naiqama's licence for a further two years, to August 2015.

Naiqama's licence was previously suspended to August 2013 after he was caught driving while disqualified for a thrid time in 2005.

There goes the helicopter pad!

At least that's whata Vossy called it last weekend - actually I thought Vossy was pretty funny, sounded like he was really enjoying himself.

Voss is basically an uber fan who is doing his dream job. I enjoy his commentary. Jimmy Smith was pretty good too.

I agree… Both very good and don't take themselves too seriously

Last weekend after the game, they cut to Naiqama holding his entire flat top in a closed fist, the whole thing fit like a palm of squashed cotton wool.

They cut away before he let it go, I was desperately hoping to see it explode back into shape like memory foam.

You're right about Wes, a very nice guy.
He was not the problem in the relationship - it was the other way around.
He took plenty of blame when he was the one being pushed.
