He's been solid without being brilliant.

As always, defence is his weakness.

And useless under the high ball

The dogs have been bombing him all game, they only seem to know one side of the field, the trainer just came on and had a long word to him after he failed to jump for a bomb.

I'm sure he'd have been a massive bundle of nerves tonight. I didn't watch it but I'm sure he'll go better when he settles in.

Koro did about as well as expected. Looked promising in attack, struggled massively under the kick and fumbled a play the ball. I certainly don't blame the club for letting him go. I think the move will be good for him. Bellamy is more intense and the facilities are far better down there. If he can improve then it surely has to be down there.

One of the best coaches in NRL puts Koro in 1st grade after two games???????????

None of you have the expertise as this man and you still con yourself that Potter did the rightthing????

Thats why we are always a joke.

That very same coach has made a name of himself by turning discarded and fringe players into consistent first graders. We've seen what happens when Storm players leave for bigger deals and flop. I don't doubt Koro's talent, and I was disappointed to see him leave but I won't begrudge him the opportunity, which is exactly what he's getting at the Storm.
He has endless potential as many, if not all would acknowledge, but he's a major work in progress and one that our club simply couldn't afford given the other young talent we have sewn up long term as franchise players.

Koro falls in the gap between first grade reserve grade. Many guys are too good for reggies but struggle in firsts. He can carve up when given good service, but struggles big time against clever attacks. I don't think he was the biggest loss, and personally I see it as a straight swap Lodge for Koro, which is a pretty good deal. I am genuinely shocked by how big a loss so many on here feel he is.

He will be rocks and diamonds down there as he was here
His old traits are still there rushing in off the wing and dodgy under high ball

He will probably score three against the Raiders next week, then likely concede three the following up at Suncorp v Brissy

If he can actually crack for a regular gig in the top grade, the Storm system will iron out his deficiencies.Last night playing out on the left side not much attack came his way, the Storm go to side is the right and he was a target for a good dogs kicking game.As they say in the racing game "he will be better for the run" and it was a wet track
