The Mole has tweeted this:

"BREAKING: Moley hearing Fijian flyer Marika Koroibete set to make "sneaky" debut for @Wests_Tigers v Dragons tomorrow night."

Hope it's true!

Wonder if Reddy is injured, or if he will just go back to the bench with Koroibete starting?

Tiger99?

I hope it's true. The kid has potential for greatness and our bench will be a lot stronger with Reddy as our 17 (assuming he has had to make way for MK)

I only have one word to say….

FINALLY!!!

I'm expecting big things if this kid and hopefully he doesn't leave anything in the tack on Friday night!

In more breaking news, Moley is a goose. Marika Koroibete out injured… won;t be making his debut for anyone. Sorry tweeps.

BUGGER!

That's what makes it "sneaky" joebob.

How do you know he hasn't recovered?

I'm very interested to see how he goes, if true of course.

From what I gather. The Mole has seen Koroibete not named in NYC and gone "oh yeah scoop for me" and then realised he was injured.

Aka moron.

Now he's tweeting that the Tigers just called and said he could be out for the season with the shoulder injury.

Lol talk about ups and downs.

That is such horrible timing. 😢

With Brown leaving, Utai and Tuqiri injured, Reddy uncertain the timing was PERFECT for Koro to have a go….

Brown as far as I am aware is still currently languishing in State Cup... for the doggies - he's running out this week in the centres against the Bears - Still a good decision?

I don't - http://www.weststigers.com.au/default.aspx?s=article-display&id=48858&title=shoulder-injury-sidelines-marika-koroibete

Don't you think it's strange that article was only posted today? After these rumours came out? If he sustained the injury last Friday, why are they posting it today?

They're playing games.

Well considering he didn't finish the game for NYC because of injury it is not a suprise to hear he might be out

Damn. Seriously why are we copping so many injuries? This is ridiculous.

Same thing happened last year. It's also the reason i find it so annoying with people saying this is our year etc. Injuries can cruel any side any year hence the reason premierships are so hard to win.

You have a good point Hybrid! Notice that three of the injured players on the NYC list are all shoulders. Benji has had obvious shoulder issues after making his debut in his teens. And players have dropped to the ground over the last few years without an opposition player laying a hand on them.

Is it to do with their training regime or possibly their physical development.? You can build up all the muscle you want, but the joints and ligaments are still juvenile. If the emphasis on range or degree of movement was as high as muscle size I think we would see a lot less of these kind of injuries.

From what I gather he read 99's 2 bob e/w post earlier in the week…scoops galore but no ice cream

Koroibete is an exciting player to watch but he needs to control his mistake rate to be far more effective.
