injury or not, he hasnt offered a thing to the team this season. plays like a robot, runs the lines they do at training and nothing more. i love the guy, but i think he's one of a few we need to cut loose. thoughts?

Agreed, Sheens made Lawrence look the fool tonight and it is not fair. Why have Lawrence play crap at 6 just so Beau can play crap in the Centres

yeah i was probably a bit reactive from tonights game, but yeah he's not progressing. its why i called earlier in the year for him to shift to the wing. he'd be forced to get more involved.

Heard him on the radio talk about the constant changes to the spine of the tigers this year and how it affected the combinations.I hope for Chris's sake the hip injury is all done n he can focus on a better 2013.

I love Chris Lawrence when he is playing at his best in the right position he is just awesome to watch but this year hasn't been his best. I hope next year he comes back into form playing at 4.

Never thought I would see the this day, a thread questioning whether to cut Chris Lawrence loose!!!!!

I actually felt sorry for Chrissy last night, if he wasn't such a nice guy, I bet he would love to tell Sheens where to stick it.

He is a CENTRE, that's his position

As others have written, the constant shuffling in positions and the awful run of injury have had a big impact on Chris, he will pump up next year if the stability and injury gods are with him.

When Lawrence came into grade on the wing he was a gun. Wing is his position. Again sheens tried to make a player into something their not

Most coaches,when they get an injury, replace that player with 1 player. Not shuffle 4 players out of position. Our injury toll looks worse because of Sheens selections.
