Leichhardt expensive grass

If you pre buy your tickets you can get them for $25 a head and $17 for concession, i know the old man looked this up on the internet. So if you want cheaper tickets pre-buy them i would say.

They sell some T-shirts for more than $100

I dont buy them

No one forces me too either

Merchandise is expensive i buy things when i see them on special or clearance. If i buy 1 of my kids something the other 2 want it as well so its expensive.

im sure half the people complaining would also buy bottles of water for $2 a pop - which is more expensive than a whole LITRE of petrol…

if u dont wanna pay to watch footy at one of the best rugby league grounds, dont, sit at home and watch it on fox...

Yeh, but my point is no ones forcing anyone to pay the price it is

Sure SFS has u/c seating, if thats what he wants just wait for those games

I always take my own food generally for three points
1\. Im a tight arse
2\. Better than the crap sold at games.
3\. Saves me getting up and standing in a cue

each to their own

i'd pay $50 to stand on the hill at leichhardt

please keep that to yourself pal, you never know who's trolling!
if its $50 next year we know who to blame!

Maybe the best ground for the players and ex balmain fans the players love playing there as we win most of our games.Only drama i have with leichhardt is the toilets they need fixing they been the same since the mid 70s.

yes bogan i agree

The toilets aren't bad, it's just the filth who use them and make it uncomfortable for those who have to use them next. There's about 8 cubicles in the toilet block aren't there?

Makes sense taking food. They don't allow you to take in aluminium cans or alcoholic beverages which is joke, just because they want you to buy the same stuff at a much higher price and wait in long queues!

Your joking on the HILL side we have a old trough with no lights ….leaks all over the place standing in wee and up on the hill old cisterns leak everywhere no toilet paper half way through the game and toilets that dont flush and its nothing to do with the size of the cisterns. The portable toilet n the hill needs ventalation desprately

I admit like everywhere theres pigs but they are bad and i can assure you they have made no improvements to them since i was a kid in the early 70s.

Yep better conditions in Calcutta…third world standard really

On the Fox replay I watched of last night's game Gorden Tallis said that opposition teams have to be mentally tough to cope with the conditions at LO – the change rooms are small and cold; there's no shower heads; the crowd's so against you etc etc.
It's like that for opposition fans too -- that's why I love the toilet blocks at LO.
How good is at LO when 90% of the crowd are Wests Tigers supporters. And you can by beer in cans!
IMO don't change anything. $25 for an adult ticket purchased from [www.proticket.com.au](http://www.proticket.com.au) is okay.

That is all well and good from a parochial perspective, but I am not sure that is a way to treat professional athletes providing a product that has a high value. Over time, stuff like that will have to be fixed as part of minimum requirements.

In saying that, I question anything Tallis says. The dressing sheds are probably air conditioned and have spas he is that far out of touch.

They should never change L.O. in my opinion…the fact its stuck in the dark ages(especially during night games) is what makes it such a great place to watch footy!

Seen tommy waving his flag on the hill side he was giving to the players while he was eating his 2 hot dogs, bottle of pepsi and box of chips with bbq sauce, must have cost him a fortune, not sure how much they would have charged for the chicken snitzel rolls with mayo and lettuce. I had red rooster before the game at ermington, not fused on the dogs eyes or hot dogs or sausages ona roll with onions, much too expensive and $6 for a beer is a bit rude as well. Especially when you can get a schooner of carlton draught at the orange grove hotel for $3.50 each. Not fused on cans of beer, much prefer a stubbie or a tap beer, i know you cant sell stubbie at the football though.

I can confirm that, he was two seats away from me. Eating machine and excellent sledger.

Was sitting near me as well, on the scoreboard side (hill side), on the half way line. He was quiet funny actually, hes a laugh. I remember seeing him at the old balmain leagues club when it was going and we were watching the warriors game when it was in new zealand and everytime they scored he would do a forward roll and we won by 50 odd.
