Liam Fulton Injury

Drove past Fults at the shops today and he was heading towards the medical centre with his hand in some sort of splint/cast. Could be a set back for him with pre season. Just thought I'd put it up here and see if anyone may have some more info, off-season surgery etc. Didn't he injure a hand/wrist during the year?

He was wearing a wrist guard during the Wanda sandhills training session. I don't know the nature or seriousness of the injury though.

Cheers willow, could be just a guard, I thought it was a cast or a splint. I only noticed because I yelled out "hey Fults" and gave him a thumbs up, then saw it when he stuck his thumb up back at me. So it was only just a glance. My girlfriend then gave me a lecture for 5mins about how I'm so embarrassing when I see Tigers players and how I'm like a star struck child haha.

I think it was v the Roosters, as he didn't play v Storm in the final round.

On facebook, he had surgery Monday for his wrist fractured vs Chooks. It was left in a splint with the hope it would repair, but no good…. so he went under the knife. 6 weeks before he can play. should be enough time.
