Yeah that'll hold up in court.,, :unamused: When you claim it is limited to a set number, people buy it, and then you make more, that is deceptive conduct. Now I haven't bought one and this doesn't really bother me but there's no point trying to defend what happened. The OP made a claim that only 50 would be made. It didn't say 50 unless it sells well then we'll make some more. People have a right to be angry.

i was in there today and talking to one of the boys in there and he said that they sold more mediums than what they originally had on the order over the weekend and the new order will basically cover that with a few extras on top. there are still some of the bigger sizes in the store but nothing under XL i believe

Yeah I ordered a medium, they have sold out. They will get more stock in 2 weeks. Disappointed I have to wait, nobody's fault though, just bad luck I suppose
