*LIVE DISCUSSION THREAD*

King James … what a player, Moylon/Coote/Dugan who??
If we manage to reduce errors and even the ball possession we can win this.
Go Tigers

Moses and Tedesco both timed their passes well then. I can't see Brooks pulling off a pass like that.

Agreed. Brooks once again is getting owned. It'd be great to have released him and bought Blake Green. The second half is going to need some level heads to keep it tight around the rucks and a precision kicking game.
COME ON TIGERS!!!!

Halatau has to play the rest of the second half as hooker and ET allowed to play his natural attacking/defensive game. The team is starting to believe in themselves and at half time if they determine to give this game a good go are in with a chance.

Geez with missed Rankin's kicking haven't we.

Brooks was great last week but beyond ordinary this week. Hopefully he performs in the second half.

Same old same old .
One half plays good the other plays crap.
Only the names change on alternate weeks.

Felise has made a big difference out in the middle. Gee he looks a far superior player than Moa.

Napa deserves a long suspension for cumulative high hits in just about every game. Obviously hasn't learnt a thing from prior experience.

Felise is adapting well to FG, proving difficult to stop now and he stands in the tackle well, makes for a quicker play the ball. Looking forward to seeing how he develops during the next off-season and into next year.

You nailed it. They are both inconsistent players. They play good footy every so often. They rarely get it together at the same time.

More repeat sets
Obstruction rule sucks, so now Moses is supposed to get out of the way of the blocker no different to try that was disallowed last week
How many times has Tedesco gone to head bin early in games. Are teams targeting him? Disrupts us each week it seems, why do t they hit the plodders high?

Interesting watching it on Channel 9\. They show the locker rooms at halftime. JT gives a short speech and disappears. You can see Kidwell speaking to all the players individually and giving them a good rev up. Can see who really wears the pants in this relationship!

Not seeing all the critcism of Brooks in this. Roosters forwards have had their halves kicking from 5m out ours have been kicking from 40m out not sure who thinks we'd get as many drop outs. Brooks has only missed 1 tackle which is great from him and let's be honest Roosters clearly see Moses as the defensive weak point because thats where they are running. Brooks just hasn't had much ball but what he has done has been solid given the conditions

I agree but it's not a 50/50 split between them. If I had to choose based on this season I'd pick Moses.

We have had no ball, but are still right in this

Spot on. 40% possession in the first half. By rights we should be down by 12+

It's just a matter of whether the extra defensive effort takes a toll on us late on.
