Correct and since then Sheens guided the club to it's first wooden spoon and seems hell bent on going back to back despite having a better squad
As long as he's caught in the radius of the explosion as well.

That was round 20 vs Broncos, and what a wonderful win that was, Doueihi got one up on his old mate Reyno. Our post game presser went for nearly 13 minutes.
Hope we can repeat that form again in round 20 this season. Wonderful memories.

Think they looked better in the little time Staines was at 1. Laurie at 1 has been a mistake.
No way Brooks is to blame for that one.
AD had a stinker. A lot of others too.
Surely changes will be made.
At the moment i would be happy if we resembled a football team and not a herd of cattle in a thunderstorm.We have zero structure and a good side would beat us by a new record margin,luckily we are only playing the dogs this week so we should not lose by more than 40

My Takes
1. Been saying it ever since he moved there, Douhei is not a No 6, will have the occasional good game, CENTRE
2. The bench was horrible, no mobile big forwards and a genuine utility, what are they thinking
3. There is no structure in attack and even though I have supported him, because I though he could play behind a good pack, Brooks needs to look elsewhere
4. No big ball runners straightening and hitting gaps
5. Lastly, I have big doubts about Sheen's coaching, I really think he is not the modern day coach, there has been no improvement. I didn't think it would take 2 rounds to say all this, so disappointing.

I like your analogy “a herd of cattle in a thunderstorm “ it’s interesting to watch how they react. Stop feeding, drop to the ground with legs tucked under and always face the direction of the storm rolling in.
Brooks didn’t drop multiple balls, kick it dead, stifle the attack miss multiple one on one tackles, rush in when he shouldn’t have. It’s comments like that ensure when people call for change it’s just called “noise” You obviously didn’t watch the game, or if you did had no idea what you were looking at
Can you tell us exactly how Brooks went organising his team against a weakened Newcastle mob?
Where was our halfback the countless times we were on the attack in their zone?
Seems every other team has a halfback to take control in these situations.
People are complaining he doesn’t do his job… because he doesn’t.

This argument has been done multiple times. It's stupid. The question is who was the best half out there and it was Brooks. The next question is who was our best player and it was Brooks.
There are no dumb questions but the halfback response to Brooks is a dumb argument.

He created an opportunity for AD that would have put us right in the game but AD stuffed it. So he did create.

Which proves your point wrong. He didn't just do that though. Do you want me to repost what I've posted multiple times and it was correct.
Brooks - no unforced errors, created a play to put us in the game but AD stuffed it, 40/20, strip, solid defensively, made plenty of metres with his running game.
AD - where do you start, A target for the opposition - he let in I think 2 tries this week and 2 tries last week, bombed multiple chances, put in dud kicks, ran it when he shouldn't, he did set up a try but it wasn't great.
Api - he had some good moments but he didn't execute well enough on the 5th tackle.
Individually Brooks was clearly our best player and the best out of our spine.
--> Just to add I'm happy to crucify Brooks when he has a dud game. He wasn't great out there but he gets a pass.
Unfortunately in all the good things you note about Brooks there is no mention of anything good he is supposed to be doing as a halfback.
He had an entire game at his disposal to create play and control the game against a team that isn’t very good who lost their best player and was down to 12 men.
He gets crucified, deservedly so, for his failings as a halfback.
Why do you think we were chasing Moses?
Play Brooks at 6 or in the centres and put a halfback in the 7.
