The dummy half issue didn't help our cause today. Apart from the 2 forward passes, Taylor's service was poor with lots of passes going above the first receivers head.

I know ET tried hard but he shouldn't have been there.

Yep. That was Jt's fault as well. I think that is another game we lose because of coaching decisions. The guy keeps making mistakes.

I tend to agree with the Coaching issue here ..the game was in the balance with plenty of time on the cloak and the storm were vulnerable when the ball was used.So what happens 5 up and kick no off loads or second phase ,I do not know if that was the coach or no leadership on the field …one other point ET plays lock the team gets a win this was a major tactical error from the coach. Talyor will see out the season but he really lacks that special something to propell the team to the next level!

Imagine what would have/ could have been with our attack in the second half if Cherrington had been selected. Selections do win or lose matches.

Why on earth do Moses and niquama keep rushing out of the line? They rush out, miss the tackle and the opposition get a line break or a try. That was the main reason we were smashed in the first half. Is it the coach telling them to do that? If it is, he's an idiot. If he's telling them to slide with the rest of the line and they're ignoring him then maybe they need to spend some time in reserve grade to work on their defence.
It was a good second half but we would have been way more dominant all game if we get smarter about our defence.

WE have five hookers in the club and not one got a guernsey.

JT starting the link between our backline at hooker, what a shocker.

He has lost it.

He lost it a long time ago. He is the weakest link in our team. The supporters will be on here again telling us how defence wins games and we've never had structures or whatever.

Crazy talk will always be crazy talk. Sack JT, get a decent coach and we are good to go.

when Woods stole that ball and was penalised towards the end the second tackler had already dropped off so did it revert to only one tackler and a steal allowable?

No the rule is stupid, if 2 defenders tackle and 1 drops off it is still more than 1 in the tackle. :crazy

So who actually turned the game off? Haha.

Would have but I had 4 players in my fantasy team including Teddy, so I stuck it out

Kept it on but it cost me an ipad

You serious ?
You should know better by know
Keep all valuable items out of arms reach during Tigers games !!!

Was a rubbish call anyway, that was a loose carry if ever there's been one. Glad those two points didn't mean anything in the washup.
Thought we copped the dud share of the 50/50s yet again, probably to be expected against Smith and co., though I note he (Smith) still had a whinge in the post game press conference.

why I don't blame Elias for missing some goals because they are usually only the difficult ones and he is pretty close anyway and only a youngster coming up. We are lucky that is another skill he possesses. But even after his first miss I thought that could stop us winning.

Such unlucky that Teddy could not reach that open tryline.

Gotta wonder what was said at half time. Body language and effort completely different from the 2nd half kick off.

Apparently they were told to find and play with some pride and not to undo the good work, of the last couple of weeks.
That pep talk should've been given at the start of the game. :unamused:

I can't imagine that ET was bought to this club to play 9\. He was going great at 13\. Playing blokes out of position at this club never works yet we continue to do it.

No we don't , Taylor emphatically "Promised " that that wouldn't happen. :brick:
