I'm not sure what the rule is but i thought it seemed odd that he could lean on a player in touch to bat the ball back. No one even mentioned it so i assumed it was ok.

Born in Ashfied ..Junior footy with the Knights so yeah ..that's in QLD..

On a side note I saw Wicky released him to the Broncos because he believed he would never make FG..good one Wicky ya myth..
 
Jeez Manly were insipid last night. I know they are missing little Turbo and Walker but they weren't in the contest at all last night.
 
I know its early days but just looking at Manly and Gold Coast you would have to think they will be in the mix with Canterbury for the spoon.
 
My thoughts exactly. Definitely a Manly, Bulldogs wooden spoon. I think when Ash Taylor comes back the titans will be better.

Let’s just position an object next to the sideline where players can jump from the field of play, land on it and hit the ball back in then PLAY ON?

Something to worry about!

Imagine if it happened to us or in a critical game where the outcome had disastrous affects on a club, where success or lack of impacts their future location?

NRL needs to get their stuff together even the little things before they start talking rubbish!
 
Under that rule a player with ball could be picked up in goal carried over the dead ball line but the ball would still be in play until either the ball carrier or the ball touches the ground. That can't possibly be right.

I just can't wait to see TPJ tear up canetoads that's all, I couldn't care less who goes for who.
 
Parra have a fair bit of potency in their backline. Alongside some pace around the ruck and they have a fair bit of attack this year.
 
He must be a tough bugger playing on for 20 odd minutes with a completely torn mcl , especially when you look at what those knees have to support
