1\. Are you using https?
2\. Are you using ignonito mode? I find that with private mode enabled I have to always log in, but that’s kind of the point of private mode

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Okay.

I've switched off what was doing it.

There may have been just a slight outage just before
 
I had the same problem and have solved it with the help of google. See below for solution:

Clear Cache & Cookies for specific website in Chrome
Open your Google Chrome browser and then open its Settings. Click on Show advanced settings and the scroll down till you see Privacy.
Now click on the Content settings button. You will see a new panel pop-up with settings for Cookies right on the top. Click on the All cookies and site data button to open the following panel.

Here you can search for the domain and remove its Cookies (the sites are in alphabetical order).
 
Sql error earlier fixed.

Sorry guys, I'm based in London and I only just saw that error. thanks for the emails from people alerting it to me.

It's a simple fix, but its also another reason why I'm trying to get the forum of PHPBB onto a platform that's more reliable.

Seems since the new site has come online i cant log in to my normal account, I've had to create a new one. The error comes up unknown error, i tired to re set my password ect still says same error any idea's how to fix this error. My login details are correct as they were saved in google settings.
 
Issue just started for me. Driving me nuts. Cannot log on using phone all day until now. Had to clear my browser now log on is a lottery. On my phone now but did nothing different
