Lote Tuqiri/My Theory

lol… You would have Lote ahead of Lawrence?

Like it or not, Rowdy WILL walk straight back into this team!

Why should he? He's been a liability every week he has played this season. Does the coach have a death wish? If he wants to keep his job, he will leave Reddy and Simona right where they are.

Watto's right, he will be in the side once he's fit. No chance of him ever being dropped. You don't have to like it but you might as well accept it to be the case.

We have players who will NEVER be dropped..Benji, Blair, Lawrence, Lote , Ayshford (although nearly) Moltzen …only injury can seem to knock these players out.

But Potter said at the start of the year that he would select players on merit.

Are we talking Sheens or Potter?
Sheens had no accountability at all. Old news.
None of these players other than Blair are still on the park and have all shown their worth in both our wins (some frustrating mistakes by our centres though).
Reddy has done nothing to get dropped but offers nothing in attack (his pass on Friday was great but nothing else). I just hope they don't rush Lawrence back, he will come good. This talk of him not ever being the same after his injury is nonsense. It will take time but it will be worth it.
We need some experience whether you like it or not and Simona/Koro/Nofo will struggle long term without it.

I'd be horrified if Lote comes right back into the top grade. So little football since 2011 that for his own sake he needs a good 5-6 weeks in state cup minimum. Even then i'm not sure we'll see him. Look at Utai, overtaken by two rookies who Potter's not afraid to use. Lote will need to show some form if we're to see him back in firsts.
