the next generation, same with Illawarra, we
took their next gen too. We've freed the shackles.
I'm counting down the days he goes. He doesn't
deserve any sympathy or special praise. Better
men b4 him got kicked out of the club (Rob & Benj)
unwillingly and have come back to fix the joint
out of love. I'm backing us to never look back
once we finally close this chapter. The young
boys in our pathways are special and this nightmare
will soon be over... Hang in there WT fans

He doesnt have the right tp bad lip the club. The club is a shambols of course, but so is Brooks 5th tackle play. Hes aprt of the decade of mysery. People can carry on about coaching and forwards and the rest but that dpesnt excuse him from not doing his job properly.

He plays to the same rugby league standard as Joel Caine, he is just happy to be there.
 
8 coaches and 10 years to figure out he is not a half back.
Who is to blame Brooks or the dumb asses running the club.
After his first 2 seasons was plenty enough to know he could not cut it as a 7.

Well good riddance to the last of our "golden generation" all of them ended up showing their true colours and lack of gratitude of what the club has done for them.
Our situation is partly due to them all ditching us. Brooks would have left back then if somebody wanted him.
If it was such a bad place to be why didn't he take a paycut and go to the knights on a reduced paypack.
But no his tiger pay was to good.
The loudest cheers he will hear is the one when the final whistle blows in his last game for us.

I too watched and listened to that Brooks interview .. and you know what they say .. if looks like a duck and walks like a duck .. then its a duck .. !! well with Brooksy .. he looked so dumb .. talked like he was dumb .. so that must mean .. he's dumb .. !!

So glad he is leaving now .. Manly can pay overs for another waist of time and space player .. !! Don't let the door hit you on your way out .. Brooksy ..!! .. muppet .. !!

Yeah but this has always been the case.
He has never had a voice, never said inspiring things, never shown leadership qualities, always gave the impression he’d struggle organising a root in a brothel and always seemed to be of low intellect…yet year after year after year he was trusted to bring us up the ladder.
I’m glad he gave the club a whack…they deserve it.

What Brooks said was quite PG rated.
I’d like to see him get upset at the backlash and actually expose the clubs way of operating. It is possible the players are total mushrooms, but surely one like him who has been around so long knows a fair bit.
I remember when Anasta came out and exposed how poorly run the joint is I.e. players buying their own tape and stuff and the fans hammered him. The point he was making was and still is serious.
