Gee I thought they were both good. Brooks was terrific in my opinion. He did everything possible to try and get us over the line. Some things came off, a couple didn't. However he was everywhere. He was tough as well, doesn't shirk anything.
His number 6 put him under pressure on a number of occasions. Like I have been saying all year, he is not a calming influence rather a hinderance. Plus having fill in fullback and dummy half, Brooks was a one man band.
Austin playing out of a position he has never played really tried everything as well. Was making tough yards and trying to throw direct passes.
These guys are talented players, however their attitude is even better. I said Austin and Brooks should have been starting in the halves all year and I maintain that.
