Lee Hagipantelis is quite firm. Luke Brooks will be the Wests Tigers Half for next season and beyond.

But also insists that anything he and Justin Pascoe do has no effect on the on field performance of the team.

lol I have no problem with Lee speaking publicly, as long as the rest of the club are in agreement and he's not saying things out of school which Pascoe/Madge/Hartigan all disagree with.

From the Lee H interview with Chammas:

Chammas: What does this all mean for the future of Luke Brooks because it’s said he hasn’t enjoyed his time under Michael Maguire?

Hagipantelis: That’s not the feedback we’re getting at board level. The response we’re getting is Luke is absolutely committed and loves this club. He’s a local junior. He’s played all of his professional career with Wests Tigers. We would like to see him finish his career with the Wests Tigers despite reports to the contrary in the press. **Luke Brooks is staying with the Wests Tigers and will be our halfback in 2022 and beyond.** So if there are any genuine, legitimate concerns that we need to deal with, they’ll be dealt with in-house. But as I say, that’s not my understanding or impression as to what’s happened.

If this is true then we are even more screwed than previously thought regardless of who is coaching the team.

The key is ....every time Lee opens his mouth ...he is lying ...ignore him

He should focus on supermarket slip ups

Brooks is working P/T as a paint mixer at the Bunnings on Castlereagh Rd Penrith ...as a prank they painted him blue

He is still trying to find the left handed screw driver.

I have no problem either, But its how he says what he says which confirms my suspicions about the club's disorganisation. For example: is the Chair responsible for player retention? I would rather the coach have that responsibility and as such confirm that publicly. Say.. I've spoken with Madge and he wants Brooks to be part of the team and fulfil his contract and thats it. End of story.
The board are either responsible or theyre not, so why not show some respect for their positional authority ? is what I mean to say.
Honestly, Walt Disney would have signed these guys to star along side his top line act.

Why was he made captain then?

Heard from someone that Madge didn’t even message him congratulations on his recent engagement. I dare say there’s movements going on at the club that might stay quiet for once

Not staying too quiet if you "heard from someone"

He certainly led us to believe he re-signed Nofa.

Sad to say, but no one wants him because he is very limited capability player! Very good D, but his only way to score is to drive!
PG today need to score 3 pointers, say more than 20 ppg with at least 37%+ !
Even his FT are below 60%, this is approx Shaq level
