They arrested a bloke on drug and 'offensive material' charges who apparently, at a party, mentioned seeing the girl at some stage recently.

That so far is the only link to Madeline McCann I have come across in this arrest. It wasn't an arrest realated to her disappearance.
Keen to see where HT got this information from.

It had been on news updates at the time when he posted the information… In the news updates they only mentioned that there had been an arrest related the the McCann incident.. Even the next morning on the news they were claiming links to the McCann incident, though by this stage they were also adding the guy had been bragging about info at a party.

They have a photofit for a gentleman who was seen walking away at a later time than they originally thought that she had disappeared carrying a young girl in his arms that fitted the age and hair colour
