I was hoping someone may have read this book & would be able to tell me what they think:

http://www.amazon.com/Western-Suburbs-Magpies-Players-Raudonikis/dp/115576112X/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1285198822&sr=1-1" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

You build me a free home & then I will tell you. :stuck_out_tongue:

"Western Suburbs Magpies Players"

It's not Lester's "Clouds of Dust", which I've seen going for hundreds of dollars 2nd hand. I get the feeling it may be one of those books where they just reprint Wikipedia.

I've got 'Clouds of Dust, Buckets of Blood' I think it's called but it didn't cost all that much.

Yeah, looks like I missed the boat on CoD, BoB. Seen a couple on abebooks going for a fortune. I gather that no-one who bought a copy is too keen to let it go.

I thought that the book you were after may have been the Pocket size Encyclopaedia of players put out a few years ago as the amazon.com book just seems to list former players but it appears a recent publication, 'Clouds of Dust, Buckets Of Blood' does indeed go for a good price but if you look on ebay you can get it for around $50.00.
In regards to the book on Amazon, someone buy it and then give us a review as to whether anyone else should buy it.
