I think it’s a pretty good signing ..
It’s taken 2 years to get rid of the crap and it gives Madge 3 seasons to make serious inroads to finals footy .

Well with someone else's Roster hardly fair.

My original call was a 1 year extension but 2 years is fine.
Expectations make the 8 both years 2022/2023.

Unsure about 2021 but this off season has been all positive news so far with both Signings and Reynolds also gone to free up cap space overall the team of CEO/Coach/GM have done a quality job and kudos on stability.

Lets compliment the club on achieving a few signing that have not cost us significant $, moved on Reynolds and given a clear indication to all players that Madge will be around.

Madge has pushed the club develop a steely edge in the front office. This is now trickling down through recruitment and retention to the playing squad.

He is precisely the man to lead our club to see us turn our results and reputation around.

Lets face it, we are perceived as being soft in recent times, 2021 is gonna be hard, but Times they are a changin....

Your never going to go anywhere changing your coach at the drop of a hat, so I am glad they have extended Madge. Still think we will struggle to get near the eight next year, but I could be wrong. On the spoon, Cowboys could go close
