Marketing of this weeks match

Well, we all know the story of the last Cambo match ….... terrible crowd, Mayers infamous Cambo last chance comment etc. This week, the club has marketed and promoted the match really well, looks like good weather, both teams coming off wins last week, 15 year anniversary and $10 tickets. I will be very surprised if the local fans don't respond and turnout for the match. Lets hope for at least 15k

Agree mate,

Heard we put out a few thousand signs on poles.

Was driving through queen st today. Saw a ranger taking a few down. Only another few thousand to go lol…

Poor bugger lol

No sympathy for council rangers. Ever.

Great promotion. Passouts also allowed before 5pm (between nsw cup and screening of 2000 game)

It's clear the NRL needs to drop prices every SOO round until they can rework the broadcast deal to make it a standalone weekend.

Also, get rid of stupid ticketek and their BS $6 booking fee. Get the NRL to do tickets by themselves so GA is $20 flat. $Silver $35-40, Gold $50-60.

Agreed. Ticketek and Ticketmaster rates on top of ticket prices is extreme. It's not great for people who are generally just buying tickets. However, if you are a member you do avoid those charges and ends up being cheaper (of course on this occasion with $10 tickets it wasn't.)
