Marshall, say no more he's got to go.
AFL ( 3rd Div Victorian League) good option if they'll accept him on compassionate grounds!

Potter, not suited to Tigers. Should have signed up Parish. Seems like a really nice guy, but so is my neighbour!

Simmons, absolute garbage. Not sure what positive impact and contribution he makes. Should manage the Ivory Coast rugby league team…sorry they don't exist, but we won't tell him that!

Seriously how can you blame Potter? Why is he not suited to the Tigers?

Parish how would you know? I have only heard bad things from people who have played under him.

Simmons like Fafita and the rest of our team is 100% Sheens.

Sheens must lough himself to sleep each evening.

Parish would have sent this side into chaos the way he talks to players. Potter is hard but fair which generates respect. Parish is just hard. He would have divided this precious playing group in a very negative way.

Potter is slowly changing a very destructive culture and playing style. Its taking time but if you cant see the steps he's taken well you'll just have to wait for the results to put the egg on your face. So be patient, the results will come.
 
Bit harsh August winds but some how you've hit on the head. I agree with you all points.
Marshall seems to be playing his joker in regards to a Contract extension. I dont think anyone would sign him with his current form. Don't hold us to ransom via the media. Either stay or c u later. IMO give him 2 years and then evaluate after that.
He clearly contribute greatly to us losing that game last night. That kick for touch was reserve grade stuff that had huge ramifications on the end score. His highlight reel of errors would go for hours. Surely he's embarrassed this morning after talking him self up all weak. Talk about loyalty , what about when we put up with all your injuries and many years of underperforming.
In regards to potter I don't think he has the personality to get the best out of the team. He should of had the team ready, so obviously he failed to prepare the team for the important game of the year.
That first half was not good enough

Simmons, enough said the better. He wouldn't get a job as a touch football defensive coach.

Management wake up before its tool late.

Yeh right Potter is the best thing that's happened to this club in a long time although Benji can go as well as Simmons.
 
Potter is exactly what the club needed. We still need to get rid of the stench that Sheens left behind and breakdown the culture that he created.
 
After much thought, careful consideration (and a couple of coffee's, Ive reconsidered my view on Potter…he is someone that make something of this team..
So He can stay, but only the condition he changes his hair style and parts it to the side not the middle!!

I hope they give Potter a go, and honour his 2 year contract. He has done well with the crap he has been given, re coaching staff.

Let him choose his own people, his own roster etc for next year, then we can all judge how good or bad he really is. For me, I think he has done very well, and if some of the senior players followed his game plan and pulled their fingers out, they would have probably won more games.
 
I would be happy for Potter to receive a contract extension. He needs time to bring on the promising juniors and it looks like it will be at least one more year before we stop paying the contracts of Sheens, Gibbs and the rest. Once some cash is freed up then he can sign the type of players he wants.

The players are responding to him and guys like Sue and Simona (who I didn't rate), are excelling under his guidance. He seems to have the ability to improve players, which I think Sheens lacked. Sheens preferred to move them around the field and see where they slotted in but Potters develops the players much better IMO.
 
Lol potter has walked into a bunch of guys on contracts he was not involved in . Multiple yrs left .
I always think of parramatta when we talk bout coaches. Apparently Brian smith was th issue there ? How r they going now . It takes more then a coach to run a successful club
 
Potter is the one I would keep, Benji runs his 2 years and we will see. Simmons, let me get that cab for you….....Gooooonnnneeeee.
