Some people (Marshall) don't seem to realize that that this is a business.. you aren't being paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to run around a park with your best mates. The club expects results.. as do the supporters. If results aren't being obtained, then the team obviously isn't working and needs to be refined. Crying about who is going where only shows that professionalism isn't very high on your list - the main concern should be showing some leadership and helping to guide your team through this tough time.

Forget about your tv career and think about leading this team and creating a tigers club the envy of every club on the planet.
