And it wouldn't surprise me if that just got a whole lot harder. But, to me, the timing of this announcement expresses confidence in the future direction of this club. I am hopeful that he knows something we don't about the board restructure etc. Or maybe Maniac's 'inside out' protest has touched him. I don't know, but I am hopeful about the future of Wests Tigers.

Barra, I think in a way, you may have answered your own question.
Paraphrased from Wikipedia: Common sense is a persons ability to perceive, understand and judge something in a way common to most (almost all) people.
The poll indicates that 90% of the people surveyed (the common sense view) say Potter deserves to coach next season.
