If cheap he is definitely worth it! If only we didn't have Lawrence under our cap. Maybe a swap?

Id rather tagatese from the sharks. Not getting much of a run and off contract at the end of the season

Would love to have Gordon. Doesn't have the size we are after but he is deceptively strong. Better kicker than Richards too

I would still take Gordon. Doesn't have the flash like Inglis, but he's consistently above average and can play fullback in a pinch. Handy to have if Teddy breaks down again.

I would like Gordon here as well, but I think the story in the link posted by Milky emphatically puts an end to this thread.

Interesting to note in the article Ayshford is set to end up at the Stains.

Wonder if it's the Benji connection on that one.

As to Gordon would be an upgrade to have him in the team, sure it would probably be Kev pushed out but would be an upgrade for us.

Would love Gordon. Great FB and winger but I can't see why he couldn't play centre. Also superb goal kicker.

I wouldnt take Gordon for free… To old to slow to injury prone. On a side-note, Tagatese is off contract?!??! Why have we not done our best to sign him!! He and Fifita where beasts in 2012-13, he is pretty damn fast for a forward I reckon he's faster than Lawrence.

No.

He only wants to be a fullback and Tedesco is light years ahead of him.

I like Gordon, very good player. I suspect he will end up with someone who needs a fullback, Eels most likely or a stop gap for the rooster before Latrell Mitchell comes through.

Gordon had 1 foot and 9/10ths of his other foot out the door with the Sharks last week .. he apparently was sitting in his car outside the Parra training ground waiting for his manager to say its ok .. but then the Sharkies did a back flip on him and said he is still needed at the club, but then didn't pick him for the weekends game. Gawd and clubs came down on us when Teddy didn't go to the Raiders .. now we have the DCE, Foran, Gordon, Myles, RTS, Tomau and others signing half way through the season with some of them having no intentions of joining there new clubs.

Hello!!! Have you thought Lawrence may not want to swap. He's not a piece of meat you know.

INteresting move from Flash, who is one of the real good guys of footy IMO, he didn't turn up to training and the RLPA has informed them he wont be.

Im torn here, the Sharks reneging on the release is poor form, especially since they don't need him, or want him really, and they know full well they have no intention of re-signing him, not releasing probably means no contract for next year. Parra will make other alternatives they need someone now.

On the other hand, they dont have to release him. So are they really doing the wrong thing.

Im dirty on the sharks, but am clouded by the fact I like the guy involved if it was Bird, Id probably be saying screw him!
