Over a year ago he was playing rubbish and looked like his career had finished. Than basically over night his form turned around, his defence was strong again and even got some speed back. We may now have the answer for his form reversal.

I know individual players commit the crime in drug cases but clubs pick up the advantage to and except for having a player banned cop no penalty. Maybe if a club copped a massive punishment, players would think twice about crossing the line.

I was thinking along the same lines. Clubs would be doing internal testing on players for strength and speed testing throughout the season. You would think with all the high tech in the game now someone at the club would have been asking questions. Also how hard would it be for clubs to do there own testing and provide NRL with results during the year that way if ASADA test and find someone the NRL may be able to take action against the club.

I watched him in a couple of games recently and thought he looked faster and more elusive than he had been in a while. The good outcome is that the testing regime has been effective.

It is hard to find any information about how often the players are tested. The only figure I could find was from the SMH saying 1250 tests per year across NRL.

I wonder if a positive test means the rest of the team gets tested.
