Micheal ENNIS on the Footy Show

Oh my goodness I almost vomitted. He had a go at Vossy by suggesting he wouldn't play for NSW this year or win hooker of the year. Vossy fired back.

Ennis is a wombat of the highest order.
 
Flaming goose, I had to replay it as I didn't think I heard correctly

He was having a go at Vossy who had previously stated that Ennis shouldn't be in the 3rd SOO & that he shouldn't win the Dally M hooker. Ennis delighted in saying all this in a really smug way. :brick: Goose :brick:

Vossy then came back with a comment about the number of points polled by Farrah versus the points Ennis got. Vossy also said he thought Robbie shaded the goose.
 
It was pretty funny when Voss pulled out the paper and said "well let's have a look at the numbers - Farah 24 votes Ennis 19"!

Voss SHOULD have been correct on both counts. I still can't work out how he gets hooker of the year and I still think its a dumb argument to change your hooker because you change halfbacks.
 
Dunno man, what I saw was a commentator who is very vocal in his opinion get his comeupance from the player who he was so very publically putting down. Ennis took the criticisms quietly until he got the chance to say you were wrong - twice. He's allowed to defend himself against commentators who shoot their mouths off unopposed.

It was two thumbs up in my books.

If you saw towards the end of the show Big Dell also embarrased Vossy for the same thing. If these commentators are allowed to be so critical, sometimes severly, then the players should be allowed to have their payback and say "you were wrong so stick that up ya"
 
I saw it BB.

My jaw literally dropped. I was stunned. Ennis is a pest of the highest order.

I totally agree with Vossy. Farah deserved the hooker of the year because he quote "outshaded Ennis this year" and because Farah finished on 24 points and Ennis got 19.

All the media talks Ennis up, its about time someone in the media shot him down.

He's one of those guys who will talk through his tries over and over again. Each time he will run further, and the gap he hit will be smaller. Good personality to have in the game.

On Vossy, everyone seemed to be giving it to him tonight, usually he is the one giving it to the players.
 
I missed that tonight, but good to see Voss stick it back up him. Ennis was made to look second rate by Farah last week and I reckon we'll see Robbie win back the Blues jersey next year.

Well live by the sword - die by it. You cant put that many opinions out into the public arena and not expect some to come back and bite you on the bum.

Note: This applies to both Voss and Dell :wink:

Is anyone really that surprised Ennis got the Hooker of the Year award at the Dally M's, which are sponsored by the Daily Telecrap who were the ones pushing Ennis in the media for the 1st SOO… they have an obvious bias toward Ennis...

What I find amusing is the VAST difference between what they are saying on their forum and what is being said on this one.
