I rated him, he just never got a serious chance at our club. Has the height, reliability and speed we are missing.

Glad he's doing well at the Dogs.

he was rubbish in the centres i thought.

as for wingers, koribete and nofu.. id rather blood these guys than hold onto brown..

i was sad to see him go, but it was the right decision (unlike fifita).

I liked him, showed good heart and was solid anywhere we put him.

But many on this forum were overwhelmingly happy to see him go saying he wasn't first grade standard, much like many in here were overwhelmingly certain that Reddy wasn't first grade standard etc.

They are the depth players you want.
Capable first graders but not necesarraly (can never spell that word) walk up starters, you dont want too many rookies as depth whereas I suppose you cant have too many players like reddy/Brown either as your cap will soon go bust

It made very little sense getting rid of Brown (without even giving him a proper go) and then signing Joel Reddy

agree, he is a back up player , no loss, last year people were singing Utai praises, if we sacked him, the forum would be up in arms

thats right ..a reliable player who can do the job…and he proved it when he had to do it for us playing FB. All clubs have to have these players .you cannot rely on U20 players ...so what does the previous coach do..get rid of him, stick with Utai and Lote...I know it bores people, but it annoys me so much what Teflon has done..I just hope that Potter is smart enough and strong enough to get us back to a least a competitive team..

Don't hold your breath. The next Potter decision will be to select a much below 100% Lawrence to play against Penrith. The alarm bells should been ringing for Potter when big Mr. T was beating Lawrence in the pre-season sprints.

What to say ? Lawrence will come back possibly playing for is career going by this Forum talk..good luck to him and the team if he is selected…its just wait and see.
