Mitchell Allgood

Made a stupid tackle on Buhrer so Matai came up to him looking for a fight, Algood gave Matai two punches to the head and got binned. Should of been sent off.

Yeah it was a deserved send off,

However I did love seeing that grub matai get owned, he always gets away with cheap shots and niggling, all-good stood up to him, and didnt back down.

I like Matai but….

The only people that like Matai are Manwy fans.

Allgood should have been given a medal, not a sin binning. Found it remarkable that Matai was the first one to run over to object, considering he's shown in the past that the swinging arm isn't below him.

Haha, Matai is a top player. Horo I hate.

To me matai escalated that.

The penalty was given and he ran 20m over to allgood. What was he running over to him for? With his history of being a grub I can't blame the parra player for swinging a few.

Plus Matai then carried in like a sook, trainers having to "hold" him back…we have seen that play recently but the kid got weeks.

Haha, deserved a sinbin, but what a legend allgood! that grub had it coming!

Thumbs up on that. Nothing would have happened if Mattai had of stayed out of it

I watch so many games of NRL every year I cant remember one from the next after a few weeks, but if memory serves me right, Allgood got clocked by someone in a Eels v Broncos game. Mattai ran up in a similar manner and this time Allgood reacted first. If Allgood got smacked out again he is seen as an easy target.

I liked the aggression. Taking a ban of a few weeks is worth not being viewed as a pussy for the rest of your career. I admit I'll be watching Allgood closer when he plays from now on.

He got 2 weeks… And returns for the rematch. What odds on Matai pushing for a square up, and getting a couple of weeks off?

There's mongrel, and then there's a dog. He's up there with Greg Bird for mine. No thanks.

Allgood should have been sent, but Matai should have gotten 10 in my opinion. He didn't run 40m over to Allgood to give him a pat on the back, if Allgood doesn't throw any, Matai would have thrown a couple at him.

Cant really blame Allgood to be honest. Matai was coming over to have a crack at him and when someone comes at you with their chin in the air - you drill it. As Tbone said, Allgood did cop a few in a previous game and I'm sure that was also in the back of his mind.

Sinbinning was sufficient.
