All of this makes me so angry. Because of Latrell's pin up boy profile and perceived 'vulnerable emotional state' which has led to the League's fear of racism accusations, all semblance of fairness and consistency is waived. I know this is dangerous territory, but the situation really does stink of something above the normal run of the game. Good point about Koroisau's accidental head shot v Reynolds accidental kick. Both victims of the hits went for HIAs yet only one perpetrator gets a suspension. Then there's the actual officiating of the game. Clearly, Cummins was out to cane the Tigers at every opportunity. He did and we were pinned in our half for the first 60 minutes of the game. What the NRL don't realise is that most supporters, not just the Tigers fans, actually don't like seeing obvious unfairness. It turns them off the game because the majority of Aussies believe in seeing people get a fair go. At the moment, half the teams in the League are not getting a fair go.
I think it is far worse that some clubs get a "leg up" each week from the officials both on and off the field Souff,Donkeys,Melboring Pamfers and Slimey worms mainly. The legacy of Turdberg still has to be removed
wasn't Cummins the one that pinned us against the sharks last year for playing the ball when they hadn't called held? For the first time on modern nrl history
Yep..
game turned on that decision
Maybe Nofo could learn to just play the ball after he's tackled and play it properly. It seems to be a
hard ask for him.
MCK's and Nofoaluma's mistakes at the play the ball cost us two tries and the game.
Absolutely. Those sort of mistakes cost us most weeks.
This is the reason I am reluctant to complain about the referees. We are our own worst enemy. Whenever we lose, some supporters suggest that we were dudded by the refs. That excuse is starting to wear a bit thin with me.
I hate it, it's just excusing the club for not being able to assemble a quality squad for almost a decade.
Seriously, neither of you guys could see the blatant favouritism displayed by the refs towards our opposition over the past two matches? They do high shots on us, spend the majority of the game inside the 10 metres, infringe in the ruck - diddly squat penalties or 6 again sets to us. We do the same? Penalty or 6 again every single time, sometimes a penalty when we don’t even do anything!
I’m not excusing the fact that our recruitment hasn’t been great and we don’t have the talent in our team to play better and overcome dodgy ref decisions. I know that bad decisions are always part of the game, but what has occurred with the officiating of matches over the past 2 weeks is bordering on criminal, it could be classed as match fixing because of the direct influence these bozos with the whistle are having on who wins and who doesn’t.
Sharks & Canberra yesterday, Manly last week and Warriors practically every week like us are losing matches because of ref bias. Not to mention the ongoing inconsistencies of the judiciary rulings depending on which club the player is from.
I’m sorry guys, but it’s clearly there for all to see and it stinks!
The refs are bad, I'm not so sure about bias. The thing is a good team may get a lucky call and then turn that into points so it gets highlighted. A poor team will do nothing will a lucky call so it gets forgotten.
South's got the calls on Friday but we are totally crap. Don't give the team an 'out' it was the same old stuff.

Yep - no out for the team. We made errors, we missed a few tackles etc. etc.
However you should not gloss over the fact that there were two reasons we lost the game.
1. Referee / Box Bias.
2. Mbye.
Was a horrible game to watch.
