heard on talkin sport today that a guy was talking to tim moltzen at the game yesterday and he told him he'd back round 25.

I can't see him being a walk up starter in the NRL team. After such a serious injury, only the most experienced of players would walk into the starting line up.

He will have to spend some time in State Cup getting valuable match fitness.

will be a great boost for us if we manage to maintain a spot for the finals. no point rushing him back in if he isnt fully recovered though

I wouldn't be risking him at this stage. Hopefully Lui stays injury free for the rest of the season.

I wouldn't be risking him in State Cup. His value to the team would be ideal off the bench leading into the Finals. He is only a kid, so fitness won't be a major drama. If Tim was available, I'd give 10min each half the first week to ensure he slowly gets into game mode. After a few weeks, I couldn't think of a better attacking option to have off the bench for impact…

Moltzen>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Lui

I wouldn't risk him before the semi's IF he is passed medically fit….I also would bring him straight into first grade, as opposed to running around the state cup...it's not as if he's a forward and he needs to be match hardened...

If Lui stays injury free between now and then, I wouldn't change the Starting Backline 2 weeks out from the Finals…

You do have to factor his confidence levels after such an injury. He wouldn't be in a hurry to go to the line around big forwards...

This could work both ways either a master stroke or a complete failure. Having not played for the whole year it will still take him ages to find some form let alone regaining some confidence on the bung knee, I don't think its worth the risk, rather lui there for now.

I doubt very very much he'll be back but IF it happens it will be an incredibly tough decision for sheens.
Moltzen at 17 or fitzhenry at 17.
I think he'd choose fitzhenry.

Seriously even if he is physically fit he won;t be match fit, won;t have trained with the team in months (McKinnon wasn;t even a Tiger when he got injured) and it would be a seriously tough ask. Unless we limp into the semis playing like busteds so have nothing to lose I think it would be a bad move.
