It was a dumb decision to let him go…. Everyone will see this in time

How long do we have to wait?…IMO Moltzen will prove to be another Peni T....will go to the Dragons with all promise and play reserve grade...

Moltzen has improved in the last couple of games but a very selfish player. Bomb a try by going himself.

Glad to see him playing for St George next year. I think he will play more State Cup than NRL.

what's everyone going to do on here next yr when this guy is gone and we have no one to dedicate 20 threads a week to

The fans of this forum will always find someone to blame..
Moltz has come into a purple patch of form. He still gives me a heart attack under a high ball or the way he carries the ball back loosely or passes to his winger right on the try line.

Me thinks we're going to regret letting him go. Starting to look very good playing consitently in the same position week in week out.

Hope so….
And not something like goes to another team & carves up, lol.
Hopefully comes back to the tigers one day also.

Im still of the opinion he's a detriment to us winning the comp.

No one has doubted his talent, but there's a few things other than talent that im doubting.

Once he got a knock in the 2nd half he went into his shell. He really worries me when the heat is on like a semi final.

The one thing i will compliment him on is his positional play. I think that has really improved, and he seems to be in the right spot for kicks, both long ones and the short attacking ones. He's cleaned up a few the past 2 weeks which is pleasing and shows he's worked on his game.

I'm a Moltzen fan. Shame to let him go. But if he is asking too much then I guess we have no choice. It will be odd to see him wearing the dragons outfit, just like Gibbsy and Fafita in Cronulla jersey, Very odd.

i think his positional play needs more work. he doesnt sniff around like billy slater. he is not at the right place at the right time like billy slater- i dont think fullback is his position. But what do i know. if you watch the penrif match again i hardly saw motlzen at the end of some penfrif kicks, in fact i was looking for moltzen but he just wasnt there. but hec, we're only human, maybe the the kid needs more time, maybe the kid needs a change of scenery. I blame sheens for letting hodgson go too early. whichever way you look at it - the kid has class.

Don't blame sheens for hodgson leaving too early, it was at a time he let Bronson go too, at the same time they were trying to find more money for farah when he resigned..
Unfortunate that he had to go but totally see y, and no regrets

His game will need to improve 100 % if he is to bite us on the bum.The Steelers will not play him at fullback. In the halves is the only place i see a future for him.

Moltzen has improved, he is now running hard and putting his body on the line but their is something lacking he just lacks a football brain. Twice in two weeks he has bombed a try because he was not aware or unable to shift the ball to a player in a better position. In the big games you might only get one or two chances, you just cant afford to blow your chances when they are offered on a plate. Maybe its just a confidence thing. anyway the rest of his game is coming nicely.

He is selfish and folds quicker than a deck of cards when we are under the pump.

He is one of those players who looks great when everything is going our way, but when we are getting belted, or struggling he is nowhere to be seen. A mentally weak player who we will not miss in the long run.
