With the news of Will Hopoate's decision to tour with the Mormons for 2 years, does Wests have any players of the Mormon faith?

Are they a risk of also leaving the club?

Could this impact our salary cap?

Mormon missions arent compulsory so even if they are, theres no guarentee they will go

WTF - I'm not a Mormon nor religious in anyway but are you implying we shouldn't grade anyone based on the fact thaey may have a religious obligtion?

Lol how in the world did you get that from what he said?

He is merely asking if we have any players who may leave us in order to become a missionary for a year or 2.

he has just became a rep player and now he is going to quit for 2 years. crazy.

How refreshing it is to see a young fella giving something back …..from the younger take all generation .

It's not that hard when the word risk is used.

His cousin/uncle Albert was set for big things at the Roosters before taking on his Missionary position, I am led to believe that the Missionary Postion isn't compulsory as the Father in John Hopoate obviously didn't believe in the Missionary position as the only time he had off was through suspension.
Pretty big decision for the young man to make when he has the world at his feet and will forego Half a Mill to achieve his mission, poor old Uncle Albert was never heard from again after his Missionary Postition.

 Leroy don't you mean position in the Missionary….

John Hopoate definitely believed in the missionary position, he has enough kids to field his own footy side.
