Good to get a win. Hopefully it covers some of the cracks and brings the squad together.

A couple of things from today's game:
- Stefano needs to be the starting front rower for the rest of the season. He is a beast and needs minutes in his legs.
- Pauga needs to work on his defence. It was poor but obviously a big step up in opposition in the last 6 months. I would look at rotating him & Hoffman for remainder of the season
- Laurie is a gem, needs more support around him
- Garner needs to go, play Blore. He has no energy and is a lazy footballer. Running a good line every now an again should not be the basis
- Can we please stop the charade the is Mbye. He looks like he does not want to be there, and not sure many want him there.

Agree Pauga needs to improve his defence, but geez I liked his pace and energy. I think he will only get better. Hopefully this is not putting a mocker on him.

Maumalo needs to wake up.
Not at the Warriors any more.
We expect him to compete, standing around and watching opposition catch balls in front of him isn't gonna fly around here.

And #6 Douihei
Lock it in.

He has earnt it after tonight.

Love the sarcasm.

Edit: Sorry if not clear, I mean your sarcasm.

This guy is such a dud. He does nothing consistently and he is our marquee player. It's a joke.

Yeah Maumalo had a pretty poor first 60 minutes. Thought he caught the Wests Tigers plodder and disinterested disease. His last 20 minutes though was much better.

Pretty much my thoughts. Garner looks like Tarzan but plays like ….. invisible man.
Paula defence isn’t first grade standard….. needs lot of work.
At same time I think inclusion of some youth and enthusiasm is great tonic for this side. We have nothing to loose this season by blooding some youth and experimenting.
The big D killed it at 5/8.

Maumalo needs to play like he did in the 2nd half for the rest of the year. Chase Brooks kicks as he puts plenty up.

AD if he can sort his defense out will be a brilliant 6, if he doesn’t he will struggle. He also needs to go right to left otherwise teams will work it out.

Brooks also controlled the play brilliantly well, squared up and created more space for AD and co to benefit. They do compliment each other.

4 of our last 7 are against the bottom 4 teams plus one against a Sharks team that has been very up and down.

We have it in our hands to win those 5 games and finish the season strong

Centres is still where we have a real worry. Pagua was ok in his 1st games and Talau for me has been our best centre of a bad bunch this year and with 9 tries and 13 line breaks from 13 career games at centre he def has potential but is still eligible for Jersey Flegg so needs potential.

Also would love to see the addition of TPJ on the edge for Garner

Based on his dummy half work today I very strongly disagree.

Pauga’s defence was shocking. I don’t think he should stay in the team despite the win.

AD needs to stay at 6.

Who would you replace Pauga with? Not roberts I hope. Pauga is on the up whilst roberts is going in the opposite direction.

Pauga was raw but looked very promising.
Reminds me of Simona.

Hopefully he can continue improving and become a regular starter and not let us down.

Maumalo didn't back him a few times so hopefully they can build a good combo and have some better awareness.

If Tigers were the 4077th, Mbye would be Klinger. Give him a skirt and send him home.

I think Mitch Moses has proven that bad defence can be improved, but you can't teach a player to have the attack that Pauga showed glimpses of.
He's worth giving a good go at it.

Also, he had a red hot crack, and was marking up against a pretty red hot Kotoni Staggs on debut without much help inside or out .. he’s got talent

Yeah that’s the problem. Maybe Mbye, he did okay at left centre last year.

I think if Pauga stays in the team Tommy T will destroy him next week, but I suppose he’ll destroy whoever we have there.
